hi fran, this is liz jims wife, i have access to his accounts so i did receive the email that you let people know of his passing and thank you for doing that, futher details are that upon his wishes he only wanted to have a simple cremation with no viewing or services or anything and there wont be an obituary notice put in the paper thats why i sent the notice on the aquinas site to let you know.again thank you very much, i know he was so looking foward to the reunion ,you may not know it but a little over two years ago we had found out he had throat cancer and ended up having the tumor and also his vocial cords and voice box removed, he survied a little over two years with that but we found out back in april he ended up having lung cancer too and thats what took him, its been a battle but he is now at peace, again thanks.

Hello Liz,
I am very sorry to hear of Jim's passing. Jim was greatly liked by his classmates, and was a very kind and understanding person. Also Jim had a great sense of humor. Over the years I always enjoyed hooking up with Jim at our reunions. I can't think of a single one that he missed. Please accept my condolenses, and I wish you the best in this difficult time of your loss/
